|7. Bill Payment Facility for Utility and other Service Providers|
|HNB provides Bill Payment
facilities through the Virtual Branch by debiting the account holder's
current or savings account. Transactions performed through Virtual Branch
will be credited to the respective payee (service provider) the following
working day or at the sole discretion of the service provider on a "real
time" basis where applicable.
HNB is not a supplier of the individual services for which, payments are made and will not be liable in relation thereto.
HNB reserves the right to add or remove any payee (service provider) featured under Virtual Branch at any time and levy charges at any time, without notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
The bank shall not assume any responsibility what so ever, for non transmission of payments due to technical failures.
