Refresh Balances and Transactions

Introduction

When the you click on Refresh Balance and Transactions link in Other Bank Accounts screen, a new page opens-up where you will have the option to choose the type of the statement sought. You can request for MT940, MT941, MT942 or MT950. Such request will be going to the other bank in MT920 format.

Navigation

• Click Refresh Balance and Transactions link in Other Bank Accounts screen.

• The Refresh Balance and Transactions screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Account Number

Select the other bank account for which the statement is sought. By default it displays the other bank account selected in the previous screen.

Message Format

Select the message format from the dropdown list.

Floor Limit

Debit Floor Limit

Enter the debit floor limit. This field specifies the minimum Debit transaction amount to be reported on the requested message.

Note:

• Account currency would be treated as default currency of the amount entered.

• This is a conditional mandatory field with MT942.

Apply “Debit Floor Limit” to “Credit Floor Limit”

Select the appropriate option button.

Note:

• Apply debit floor limit to credit floor limit should be YES if user wants both to be same.

• If the value of this field is YES, value of Debit Floor Limit will be copied to Credit Floor Limit and will be non-editable.

• If the value of this field is NO, user has to enter the Credit Floor Limit and it is a mandatory field.

• If the user has selected YES initially and later changes to NO, Debit Floor Limit would be already copied and same would be captured at Credit Floor Limit. User has to manually change this to desired value.

• For SWIFT MT942, both “Debit Floor Limit” and “Credit Floor Limit” are mandatory.

Credit Floor Limit

Enter the credit floor limit. This field specifies the minimum Credit transaction amount to be reported on the requested message.

• Account currency would be treated as default currency of the amount entered.

• This is a conditional mandatory field with MT942.
