Query Requests

Introduction

This screen outlines the activities of the user can perform using the Query Requests option.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click Query Requests under the under the SERVICE REQUESTS menu.

• The Search Records Based On Following Criteria screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Request Type

Select the type of request.

Nature of Request

Select the nature of the request.

Date (From - To)

Specify the date range for the requests submitted. All requests submitted within this date range are retrieved. You can select the dates from calendar widget.

Reference Id

Specify the reference ID of the submit request transaction.

Status

Select the status of the request.
