Operative Accounts – Cardless Cash Withdrawal

Introduction

This option allows the users to transfer money to a beneficiary regardless of whether having a bank account or not.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

Select Card less Cash Withdrawal hyperlink in New Requests screen under Accounts > Operative Accounts menu.
The Cardless Cash Withdrawal screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field	Description
Debit Account	Mandatory Drop-down Select the account number from the drop-down.
Amount	Mandatory Numeric / 17 Specify the amount to be transferred in home currency. In case the transaction is a multi-currency transaction, then click Check Counter Rate to view the exchange rate.
Beneficiary Mobile Number	Mandatory Numeric / 19 Specify the beneficiary mobile number.

Submit Online	Submit the details online.
Back	Return to the previous screen.
