View Nominee Details

Introduction

This option displays the nominee details of an account if present.

If the account type is not of operative type, the system displays the message 'Invalid Account Type'.

 If the selected account does not have inquiry access, system displays an error message ‘Inquiry Access Not Allowed For The Selected Account’.

If host is not available, the nominee details are fetched from the local DB.

If host is not available and selected account is not present in local DB, the system displays the message ‘We are unable to process your request right now, please try after sometime’.       

If there are no nominee details for an operative account, the system displays a message ‘No Nominee Details Present’ .

If any of the field in the nominee details is not available, the system displays ‘-‘ for the details which is blank .

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Select View Nominee Details option in the More Actions drop-down and click OK in the View Operative Accounts screen.

• The View Nominee Details screen is displayed.

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Nominee

The name of the nominee.  On clicking on the hyperlink the details of the nominee like relationship, address, date of birth, guardian name and address are displayed.

Relationship

The relationship between the nominee and the account holder.

Date of Birth

The date of birth of the nominee.

Guardian's Name

The name of the person authorized by the account holder to act on behalf of the nominee, if the nominee is a minor.
