List of Request Type

Introduction

The List of Request Type screen allows the user to view the list of request types.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click New Request under the SERVICE REQUESTS menu.

  • The List of Request Type screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Sl. No.

The serial number of the record.

Request Type

The type of request. Click the hyperlink to view details of the particular request.

Available Online

The Available indicator icon in this column indicates that the user can make an online request. The output or result of the request is displayed to the user immediately.

Available Offline

The Available indicator icon in this column indicates that the user can make offline request. The user should check the output or result of the request after a period of time, which could range from a day or two.
