Inquire on Temporary Overdraft

Introduction

This option displays the list of temporary overdrafts issued to an account. The user can select the account number for which TODs are to be inquired.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

Select Inquire on Temporary Overdraft option in the More Actions drop-down and click OK in the View Operative Accounts screen.
The Inquire on Temporary Overdraft screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Search Criteria

Grant Date From

The date range between when the temporary overdraft was effective till the expiry period can be specified as a search criteria.

Grant Date To

The date range between when the temporary overdraft was effective till the expiry period can be specified as a search criteria.

Event Type

Select the type of event for granting the temporary overdraft for the account, from the drop-down.

Temporary Overdraft Status

Select the temporary overdraft status from the drop-down.

For Example:

Future dated, overdue, regularized and so on.

Click	To
Search	List the records as per the search criteria specified.
Reset	Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria (where results have not been displayed) or to reload the screen with the latest results for the criteria specified.

Description

Temporary Overdraft List – Personal (CCY) (Account Number) Details till (time) and (date)

Select

The record can be selected through the option button.

Grant date

The date from which the discretionary advance is effective.

Penalty Date

The date from which the penalty becomes effective.

Temporary Overdraft Amount

The temporary overdraft amount.

Temporary Overdraft Status

The status of the temporary overdraft.

For Example:

Overdue or regularized.

Event type

The type of temporary overdraft advance.

Details	The details of the temporary overdraft is displayed. Information relating to grant date of the TOD, expiry date of the TOD, TOD amount, TOD category, TOD status, regularized date, penalty date, event type, whether interest is required, the normal interest rate charged, the penal rate of interest are displayed.
Page Go	View the list of accounts in that page. Note: If there are multiple number of pages for displaying the list, then the desired page number can be provided and click Go. The list of accounts in that page is displayed.

	View the previous screen.
Download Details As	The details displayed can be downloaded by the retail user in the required format as given in the drop-down.
Back	Go back to the previous screen.
