Introduction |
This screen allows the retail user to give the details of the new account to be opened. This account is used to link the goal. After filling up the details appropriately, the request is sent to relationship manager who in turn will process the account opening request. Once the account is opened, an alert can be sent to the user intimating him/her that account is opened. The retail user can login into e-Banking application and fund the goal to the newly opened account. Note:

Submit the account opening request to the relationship manager. Note: Since this is an offline request, that is, account isn’t opened instantaneously, user is displayed with the message that ‘Account opening request is submitted successfully and will get an alert once account is opened. Kindly proceed to fund the goal post that’. |
