This option allows the user to request the bank to de-link a card, which is currently linked to the internet banking account. |

Card number |
Select the credit card from the drop-down, which has to be delinked. This is a mandatory field. |

Submit to Relationship Manager |
Submit the linking request. Enter user name and transaction password to confirm the submission. For offline submission, the request is processed after a period of time as indicated by the bank. |
