Reward Point Redemption Request

Introduction

This option allows to view the list of options or schemes available for redeeming the reward points.

Navigation

• Click Reward Point Redemption Request in the View Credit Cards screen.

• The Reward Point Redemption Request screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Redeem Points

Card number

Select  the credit card number from the drop-down list and click Go to retrieve the reward points available for redemption on the selected card.

Reward Points

The total number of reward points available for redeeming is displayed.

Sl. No.

The serial number of the list of schemes available for redemption. Select the required scheme by using the check box provided.

Description of Items

The description of the item available.

Cost

The cost of the item.

Points Required

The number of reward points required to be redeemed for purchasing the item.
