Credit Card Address Change Request

Introduction

This option allows to change the existing mailing address. The existing address is displayed for confirmation before user submits the request for the new address.

Navigation

• Click Credit Card Address Change Request in the View Credit Cards screen.

• The Credit Card Address Change Request screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Existing Address

Note:

All are display fields.

Name

The name of the credit card holder.

Address

The existing address of the card holder saved in the database that must be updated with the new address.

City

The city in which the card holder resides.

State

The state in which the card holder resides.

Country

The country in which the card holder resides.

PIN

The pin code of the city.

New Address

Address

Type in the new address that the user wants to update in the database.

City

Select the city in which the card holder resides, from the drop-down.

State

Select the state in which the card holder resides, from the drop-down.

Country

Select the country in which the card holder resides, from the drop-down.

PIN

Specify the postal code of the city.
