Application for Add on Card

Introduction

This option allows the user to apply for additional add on cards.

Navigation

• Click Application for Add on Card in the View Credit Cards screen.

• The Application for Add on Card screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Primary Card number

Select the primary credit card from the drop-down, to which the add on card is to be linked. This is a mandatory field.

Applicants Name

Specify the name of the applicant, in whose name the card is to be issued. This is a mandatory field.

Applicants Age

Specify the age of the applicant.  This is a mandatory field.

Applicants Date of Birth

Specify the date of birth of the applicant from the calendar widget. This is a mandatory field.

Applicants Mailing Address

The applicants mailing address to be provided. This is a mandatory field.

Relation to the Primary Card holder

The relation of the applicant with the primary card holder can be selected from the drop-down. This is a mandatory field.

Limits Required

The credit limit required can be specified by the user.  This is a mandatory field.
