View Transaction History

Introduction

This option allows you to list transaction based on the statement date.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

Click View Transaction History in the View Other Bank Accounts screen.
The Search Criteria screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

SEARCH CRITERIA

Statement Date (dd/mm/yyyy)

Specify the starting date for listing the account transactions.

Click	To
Search	View the account summary in the below section.
Reset	Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria (where results have not been displayed) or to reload the screen with the latest results for the criteria specified.

Note:

All fields below are display fields.

Statement Date

The date from which the statement is generated.

Statement Number

The statement number.

Statement Reference Number

The reference number of the statement.

Related Reference Number

The related reference number of the statement.

Additional Details

Additional details or remarks.

Opening Balance

The opening balance as on the date of generation.

Closing Balance

The closing balance for the selected account.

Closing Available Balance

The closing available balance of the account.

Forward Available Balance Details

As on Date

The forward balances as on the date.

Forward Available Balance

The forward balances as of the specified date.

Transaction Lists

Value Date

The value date of the transaction.

Entry Date

The date on which the transaction is done.

Transaction Remarks

The transaction remarks. Clicking on the hyperlink, will list the transaction details like value date and entry date, transaction remarks, amount type, amount, account owners reference, sending banks reference, supplementary and additional details.

Amount Type

The type of amount, whether debit or credit.

Amount

The balance amount.

Click	To
Statement	Generate statement in the specified format as on the date specified. If you choose Display on Same Screen option button, the account statement is displayed on the screen.
Latest Statement	Generate statement as of date, in the specified format. If you choose Display on Same Screen option button, the account statement is displayed on the screen.
Print Preview	Preview the print details. Note: Click Print to print the available records or Back to return to the previous screen.
Download as CSV	Download the details in CSV format.
Download as PDF	Download the details in PDF format.
Back	Return to the previous screen.
