Please follow the below steps and access to your e-banking profile

-         If you are login in using your Laptop / Desktop

1.       Open the relevant Browser (Firefox/Chrome)
2.       Click CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE buttons
3.       Then you will receive a Dialog Box ‘Clear All History’
4.       Select Time Range to clear: Everything
5.       Please select all tick boxes and click ‘Clear Now
6.       Close the browser completely and re-login

-         If you are login to Internet Banking using Mobile phone  

1.       Open Settings
2.       I-Phone (Open Safari) and select Clear History and Website Data 
3.       Android (Open Settings) Delete Cookies and History
4.       Close the browser and re-login
